These terms describe the current purpose and basic rules for using Rentivio. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to follow them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Rentivio lets property owners publish listing information and lets potential operators discover and review listings. Some owner or property details may require a one-time access payment shown before checkout. Rentivio does not negotiate or enter into a rental or management agreement on either party's behalf.
A listing, profile, rating, or other content is provided by users and is not a Rentivio verification, recommendation, or guarantee. We do not guarantee that a property is available, accurately described, suitable, profitable, legally usable for short stays, or that another user will respond or perform.
Before paying a deposit, signing an agreement, occupying a property, or advertising it on another service, users must independently verify identity, ownership or authority to let, property condition, availability, local registration and licensing requirements, tax obligations, building or community rules, insurance, and any applicable platform rules. Obtain professional advice where appropriate.
Owners must have authority to publish the listing and discuss the proposed arrangement. Keep prices, availability, lease duration, location, photographs, facilities, and contact details accurate and current. Do not publish another person's private information or content without permission. Pause or update a listing promptly when it is no longer available.
Operators must provide accurate account information, review listing details carefully, and contact owners respectfully. Do not represent a potential arrangement as confirmed until a written agreement is in place. Operators are responsible for checking whether a proposed short-term letting or subletting arrangement is permitted.
Any rent, deposit, management fee, operating cost, maintenance duty, cancellation rule, or revenue-sharing arrangement must be agreed directly between the parties in writing. Rentivio is not a party to those agreements, does not hold rental deposits, and does not guarantee payment or performance.
Keep your credentials secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not misuse the service, attempt to access restricted information, interfere with its operation, submit deceptive or unlawful content, or use the platform to harass or discriminate against others.
Where a listing requires payment to unlock additional information, the amount and payment provider are presented at checkout. This payment provides the access described on that screen; it is not rent, a deposit, or a guarantee that the listing remains available or that an agreement will be reached. Payment-provider terms also apply.
You retain responsibility for content you submit and must have the rights needed to share it. You allow Rentivio to display that content as needed to operate the service. We may remove content or restrict accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service. We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the platform.
We use account and listing information to provide the service, support user interactions, protect the platform, and meet applicable obligations. Do not share sensitive personal data in public listing fields. Details of data handling, retention, cookies, and user rights should be set out in a separate privacy notice before public launch.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Rentivio is not responsible for disputes, losses, property conditions, user conduct, or third-party services arising from interactions between users. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded. Applicable consumer and data-protection laws continue to apply.
We may revise these terms as the service develops. Updated terms will be posted here with a revised date; continued use after the change takes effect means you accept the update. Contact rentivio@proton.me with questions or concerns.
