You and the operator agree everything

Rentivio connects organisations with the operators of mid-term homes. It is not a landlord, agent or booking service, does not rent homes to your people and does not handle any payment, deposit or contract between you, the operator and the people you house. Agree dates, rent, deposits and house rules in writing with the operator, and make sure each person signs their own agreement with the operator.
